Achille Alipour

While in college, Amanda was in the elite National Honor Society Kappa Delta Pi, volunteered through Alpha Phi Omega, and worked as a biological researcher for the Smithsonian Institute. While in law school, Amanda interned for the United States Department of Education and the Office for Civil Rights, along with working as a tutor for legal research and writing. She also served as a New Hampshire Merrimack County Courthouse Mediator.
An avid philanthropist, Amanda has helped to raise over $140,000 for many local charities, including Voices for Kids Guardian Ad Litem Program, PACE, and Alliance for the Arts. She is extremely active within her legal community and has volunteered for several national associations and organizations, including the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund, the National Breast Cancer Coalition, the Miss America Organization and the Miss Universe Organization. Brittany Atkinson

She has also appeared in several video blogs related to the compensability of work-from-home injuries and the impact of COVID-19 on New Jersey workers’ compensation.

Charles J. Barreras
Charles J. Barreras is a founding partner at Chatwell Law, where he handles general liability, premises liability, insurance coverage, and employment law matters on behalf of domestic and London-based insurance carriers. Chuck manages all aspects of litigation including strategy development, investigation supervision, preparation and defense at arbitration and trial in both state and federal court.
Chuck was named to the Philadelphia magazine and the Pennsylvania Edition of Super Lawyers® magazine, between 2008-2019. This is a distinction limited to only five percent of attorneys practicing in the state.
When he began attending law school at night, Chuck worked during the day as a SIU investigator with Equifax Insurance Services. During his legal education he later worked as a multi-line claims adjuster for an independent adjusting company, where he handled all aspects of automobile, general liability, property and workers’ compensation claims. This experience enables him to bring practical claims handling experience to the practice of law.
Chuck began his legal career with a Philadelphia area insurance defense firm, where he litigated various automobile, general liability, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, automobile, and workers’ compensation matters. In 1996, he became associated with the Philadelphia firm Weber Goldstein Greenberg & Gallagher, LLP, where he devoted his practice to handling automobile, general liability and workers’ compensation, matters. In 1999, he became the managing partner of Weber Goldstein’s Reading, Pennsylvania office, where he worked until the founding of Chartwell Law in 2002. Since that time, he has helped the firm grow from a four-lawyer workers’ compensation boutique firm with one office in Pennsylvania to an international, full-service law firm with more than 170 attorneys and 20 offices throughout the eastern coast of the United States.
Chuck served honorably for 14 years in the United States Army Reserve, as both an enlisted soldier in an aviation unit and a Commissioned Officer in the Civil Affairs branch. He attained the rank of Captain before entering the Individual Ready Reserve (IRR).
