Matthew Burrows is a real estate transactional and litigation attorney in New York. His practice focuses on representing both purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial property closings and various complex litigation matters.

Matt handles cases from inception through to the appellate level on various issues such as title actions involving land ownership and property description conflicts, foreclosure cases involving deceleration of loans, statute of limitations issues and bankruptcy proceedings. Matt is also well-versed in mortgage, deed and legal descriptions of parcels of real property.

Prior to joining Chatwell Law, Matt was an attorney with a large international firm in New York where he handled real estate litigation.
